We should be upfront and let you know we did use Ixwebhosting for a few years, and did like the service. While we won’t tell you they are the best host we have ever had they were quite good and service was always prompt.
The Good 
While most hosts tend to outsource the customers service to India, Ixwebhosting has their call center based in the US.
They also offer windows hosting, not as good as Easycgi but still quite good and cheaper. One last thing which is a big deal to internet markets is the dedicated ip#s you get.
The Bad
If you have a really large site then they may not be the right choice for you, since you may end up out growing them, but if you are just starting out or have a site that is less than 1000 pages then you will love them.

Cheap hosting, but is there a cost?
Yes, they do offer all of the trimmings, but if your looking to host a forum on these servers then expect slow response times often. They do not automaticaly upgrade your account but will do so if you contact them. I had switched over from a forum to a blog and have noticed my load times are very fast when compared to my old forum. I do like them, they are just a good web host.
