I’ve been with Hostgator for nearly 6 years and can’t even recall ever having a problem that I needed to call tech support for so, I can’t comment on their customer support but, I can tell you that I never worry about my site being up since it always has been since the day I transferred.
If you need a solid host I would recommend Hostgator without hesitation.

The worst of the worst.

We have had so many problems with Hostgator Hosting over the years that it’s really beyond words to describe how terrible they are. There is not a month that goes by that they don’t screw up something with our site functionality or mail servers and then blame the customer. You shouldn’t have to constantly worry about your host sabotaging your website by their incompetence. Save your self a lot of misery. Find a good, competent webhost. Hostgator Hosting ain’t it.

The worst hosting. People run away from this hosting! Blocked for exceeding the 10% CPU. They have a very weak computers, at the earliest opportunity, they try to block the account.

Unbelievably good value.

I recently moved my website to Justhost and really couldn’t recommend them enough. Great value for money, and have found every technical support query I’ve issued has been dealt with professionally within an hour (and this is without the premium support service). Believe the hype.

It’s been 2 years since I started my affiliate web site business, I used webhostingpad which was horrible then Ipower, I liked them but got a cheaper price for a year hosting plan from hostgator. I don’t think I’ll switch since I haven’t had any prob’s

Been with them for over 4 years no problems. Customer service is great, I just wish the price was cheaper. Since you can host multiple domain on one account I have 2 ecommerce sites a few blogs and a joomla magazine style site. Hope this helps someone.

I am using their service for 2 month and have to admit they are ok. Although their unlimited hosting is not really unlimited, just like everywhere else. But powweb’s support doesn’t seem to be cheap and is good. thanks
